Mother / daughter portraits with tong yuan and mom

Last month, I had the opportunity to take some graduation portraits for Tong Yuan (you can scroll down to the last post for some of my favorite shots from that shoot). Days after she went home with her images, I got a call that she wanted to book a session for her mom, who would be coming into town for her college graduation in a few weeks.

What a FUN DAY! I got to spend the day in the studio with both Tong Yuan, and her mom, Colleen. We celebrated her mom, as well as the relationship they both share.

After the last photo was taken and the hair and makeup washed off, they both have a special day that they cherish, a day they can relive looking at their images.
